Sarah opened X-treme dance studio, creating a dance community and family in Fredericton. Sarah highlights the realities of operating a small business, the good - bad and everything in between!

Sara’s had an amazing hockey experience, playing professional hockey in Europe, Division 1 hockey in the US and winning an NCAA championship. Upon returning to her home in New Brunswick, Sara launched SOT Hockey a training program for female athletes that want to take their game to the next level. Through SOT Sara is able to share her knowledge and experience with the next generation of athletes.

Self described, "accidental entrepreneur", Lee Thomas is a mental health speaker who discusses their own insights and experiences regarding mental illness. Lee's hope is to provide crucial information and support to students who need it, as Lee was once that student. Lee also created the #MyDefinition campaign and instructs Mental Health First Aid. Lee is a ball of energy and passion who, through their many ventures, is working to break down the barriers and stigma surrounding mental health.
